Glenbrook On-Demand Learning Services

1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Glenbrook’s On-Demand Learning program.
By registering for or using the Glenbrook On-Demand Learning program (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. These Terms form an agreement between you and Glenbrook Partners, LLC (“Glenbrook”).
If you register someone else for the Services, you are responsible for making sure they understand and agree to these Terms.
Glenbrook may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older to register for Glenbrook Services.
Registration may be completed by individuals or organizations. Glenbrook may limit or deny registrations if necessary based on program capacity or other considerations.
3. Registration and Payment

To register for a Glenbrook course:
Complete the registration form on the Glenbrook website or learning platform
Provide accurate contact information
Accept these Terms
Pay any required registration fees
Your registration provides individual access to the course and related materials.
Glenbrook may adjust course topics, schedules, or materials if needed.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
Payment
If a course requires payment:
Payment is generally due at the time of registration
Payment is typically made by credit card, unless Glenbrook approves invoicing
Payment grants access only to the specific course purchased.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination
Course Cancellation by Glenbrook
Glenbrook may change or cancel a course if necessary.
If Glenbrook cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund of registration fees.
Glenbrook is not responsible for other costs related to cancellation.
On-Demand Learning Refund Policy
For on-demand courses:
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of purchase if the course has not been started
Once a course has been started, refunds are not available
Unless stated otherwise, a purchased On-Demand course provides one year of access.

Termination of Access
Glenbrook may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you:
Fail to pay required fees
Violate these Terms
Engage in illegal or harmful behavior
Harass or threaten staff or participants
Commit academic dishonesty or plagiarism
Misuse the learning platform or course materials
Violate Glenbrook’s intellectual property rights or those of any third party
If access is terminated, your account and associated data may be deactivated or removed without notice.
Discontinuation of Services
Glenbrook may discontinue providing the Services or specific features at its discretion, with or without notice. Termination of services will result in restricted access to a Participant’s account and associated files.
5. Use of the On-Demand Learning Platform
Glenbrook’s Services are intended for lawful and authorized use. You agree not to:
Share your account or provide others with access to the Platform or Courses.
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform or Course content, except where limited downloadable materials are expressly permitted.
Scrape, harvest, or extract data or content from the Platform by automated or manual means.
Upload or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, violates privacy, constitutes spam or unauthorized commercial activity, or is unlawful, abusive, or harmful.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts.
Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or collect personal information from other users.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
Artificial Intelligence and Data Use Restrictions
Course Materials may not be used to train artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, large language models, or automated learning technologies without the prior written permission of Glenbrook.
6. Code of Conduct
Glenbrook is committed to providing a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
Participants must not engage in:
Harassment or discrimination
Bullying or disruptive behavior
Offensive or threatening conduct
Glenbrook may remove any participant who violates these guidelines.

10. Service Interruptions
Occasionally, Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside Glenbrook’s control.
Glenbrook is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages or third-party systems.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Glenbrook is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from actions taken based on the Services content.
While we strive to provide high-quality and accurate content, Glenbrook is not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or revenue.
